  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Blend all pancake ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour small amounts of batter onto the surface.
  3. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  4. For the smoothie, blend cottage cheese, banana, berries, almond milk, honey, chia seeds, and flaxseeds until smooth.
  5. For the stuffed chicken, preheat oven to 375°F.
  6. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  7. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and spinach.
  8. Stuff the mixture into the chicken breasts and secure with toothpicks.
  9. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear chicken on both sides for 3-4 minutes.
  10. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
